Had a great stay! Location near Old Town made sightseeing super easy. The breakfast spread was awesome with hot dishes like scrambled eggs. The decor felt a bit outdated in the room. Still, I’d recommend it!

I adored my stay in the rooftop terrace suite, offering amazing views of the Vltava river. The breakfast had an extensive array of delicious options, which kept my mornings exciting! The location was unbeatable, just a short 5-minute stroll to Old Town Square, perfect for daily explorations.

stayed at clarion for 3 nights. it's in a great spot, only a 5-minute walk to old town square, making it easy to explore. breakfast had a good variety for everyone, including vegan options. the staff was super nice and even refunded me for a missed night due to my flight cancellation.

I’ve seen better – but worse too

The location is excellent, as we could easily walk to attractions within 10 minutes. Also loved the breakfast, offering a variety of options that catered well, even for vegans!

Room cleaning was sporadic, only done once in three days, which was inconvenient for our family. Additionally, the beds could use an upgrade as they were quite uncomfortable.

Request a vehicle for luggage transport if you're traveling with large bags. the staff is very accommodating.

Rooms are nice, but not very spacious.

My bed had a mattress that was way too firm, completely ruining my sleep. The shower was treacherous to navigate. I struggled to get in and out safely. Noise from the corridor was incessantly distracting—nothing close to a restful retreat.

All fine, but pillows uncomfortable

We loved our spacious room with a huge outdoor deck that had breathtaking views of the city, and the bathtub was to die for! I really enjoyed the full body massage and aromatherapy options at the spa. The only downside was that the coffee in our room wasn’t replenished, but overall, it was a fantastic stay! ☕

We stayed in a spacious roof top terrace suite which provided stunning views of the Vltava river. The breakfast was varied and excellent, and it was great to have a hotel that welcomed pets, making traveling with our baby easier.

My wife says that room cleaning could be more frequent.

Amazing Location and Great Breakfast

The hotel's location is unbeatable, just a short walk to Old Town Square and Wenceslas Square. The Palladium Mall is only 200 meters away. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of tasty options. Our room was comfortable but felt a bit outdated. I wish the heating could be adjusted better as it got quite warm during the night.

Excellent location with easy access to major tourist sites and a comfortable room that provided a great view. The complimentary coffee and pastries during the day were a nice touch, adding a cozy atmosphere. However, the bedding was inadequate, as I found the duvet too thin for warmth. Additionally, some basic toiletries were missing from the bathroom, which is disappointing for a hotel that claims to be four-star. Service from the bar staff was lacking in friendliness, which detracted from the overall experience.

The hotel boasts a great location, perfectly situated between vibrant neighborhoods and moments away from major attractions. The rooftop terrace suite offers stunning views and ample space, making it a perfect spot for our group to relax after a day of trekking. Plus, the convenience to the Palladium shopping center makes shopping a breeze.
